家用型的磨豆機我一直都很感興趣，過往也買過很多台經典機種，基於人生到後來都是一場斷捨離的修行，不合適的就賣掉或送朋友，來來回回只剩最適合自己使用的，我自己家裡用小富士鬼齒跟Mahlkonig Guatemala ，公司用的是kalita nice cut mill ，這三台應該都算是家用磨豆機的代表性機種(好吧，Guatemala這種大台巨獸正常人根本不會買在家用 )，基於鬼齒刀盤對於豆子還是會有修飾性，所以這回大多是用平刀kalita nice cut來跟Fellow ODE作為對比。
結論先說在前面，在味道的表現上，kalita nice cut跟Fellow ODE的味道表現真的已經很不錯了，但Fellow ODE也許是憑藉著64mm大刀盤跟智慧控制馬達的優勢，讓香氣跟尾段的甜感都有更突出的口感。
而在使用體驗上，kalita nice cut就跟一般的磨豆機差不多，除了經常要清機器下方的細粉銀皮之外沒什麼好抱怨的，它一直都是很任勞任怨相當襯職的好機器，而Fellow ODE的使用體驗，無論是超靜音智能馬達，或是研磨結束自動關機，殘粉擊落裝置，終於讓人有一種時代大步進化的感受，在經歷五天的相處之後，以下是開箱兼使用心得。
↑ 首次研磨時就猜測刻度應該有跑掉，不然刻度六號應該不會這麼粗曠，但也可以讓大家參考一下研磨出來的粉粒，是立體菱角型居多
其次是愛樂壓用低一點的水溫，用稍長的時間間浸泡，也可以讓這台磨豆機的優勢展現出來。
後續做了很多調整，像是沖煮溫度提高，然後會微調ODE的刻度，研磨比平常習慣的顆粒還要小上一點，換流速慢一點的濾杯，微調沖煮手法等等，都可以讓前段踩空的部分補足回來

大體上我一直都沒有刀盤大小會不會影響到味道的迷思，很多小錐刀的手搖磨豆機出粉品質也很好，我自己手搖磨豆機就收集了二十幾台，骨董磨跟現代磨都有，偶爾還是會回顧一下它們，展現一下沖煮咖啡的情懷。但電動磨我也好幾台的原因，其實沒有別的，就是懶XDDD，另一個是我都自己烘焙豆子，用慣用的電動磨，可以很明顯的感覺烘焙上的調整帶來的風味變化。
應對淺焙豆我喜歡用Guatemala，早餐不適合喝太刺激我大多用鬼齒小富士煮中焙的豆子，可以享受圓滑潤澤的口感，工作的時間會用NICE CUT提神醒腦，未來會加入ODE，讓沖煮能多一個選擇(對，我一開始就守在螢幕前面，贊助了一台超早鳥XD)，使用期間太短，不得不說還沒來的及培養感情，但我覺得它的優勢很明顯，就是在使用體驗的部分做到其他機器做不到的便利，PID超靜音智能馬達，或是研磨結束自動關機，殘粉擊落裝置，終於讓人有一種時代大步進化的感受，何況單單造型還有那麼一些設計美術館等級的元素鋪陳。
